DOMAIN OF HUIZINGEN

Easter weather is just so perfect so that we took a walk through the Domain of Huizingen, a parc of 45 ha (111 acres). It is about 20 min from Brussels en the flemish part of the country.

The castle today belongs to the city and has been transformed to a wonderful restaurant

On the terrace you can enjoy a drink and watch the little boats which are for rent

For children too, playgrounds are there.

You can easily spend the whole day there.

Hi Gattina! Sorry for the absence, but I’ve been busy with my parents’ health; almost 180 years to care... ;)
Lovely post! I think made a stroll on the park somewhere in 1969; long time ago, but already a pretty park... ;))
